Tonight, at 11PM Paris/Doetinlingen Time, Europa Plus has been accorded a frequency and has successfully launched in the Omigrad Autonomous Province in south-west Sveland.
Alongside Europa Plus, Hit FM also has been allowed a frequency and has launched the same night as Europa Plus on 91.7, with allocated frequencies in Vologda, on 106.9, and Kaluga on 103.6. Radio Shanson is also next to be allowed broadcasting in the Russian-speaking province on Monday.

After 2:00 AM Paris/Doetinlingen Time, Hit FM has gotten permission to replace Volt Radio, on 103.2 in Doetinlingen, the capital of Sveland.
